5) Dani Alves
The Brazilian defender is out-of-contract in the summer, with fresh reports in the Mail Online that he has rejected a new deal at the Camp Nou.
Would be a free transfer, although the Reds may have to break their wage structure to entice the Barcelona full-back.
4) Martin Montoya
A player heavily linked with Liverpool in recent months, with reports in the Metro suggesting a deal is close, although his future could depend on whether Alves does depart Barcelona in the summer.
Highly unlikely that the Catalan giants would allow their first and second choice right-back to leave in the same transfer window, given their own transfer ban.3) Nathaniel Clyne
The Southampton man has been outstanding this season and has forced his way into the England set-up where he is now seemingly first-choice ahead of Kyle Walker.
After raiding the Saints last summer, the Reds should do the same again when the transfer window reopens.
2) Dani Carvajal
With Real Madrid confirming the signing of Danilo from Porto, Carvajal’s placed in the team will be immediately under threat.
Would improve the Liverpool team in a heartbeat.
1) Daryl Janmaat
Another linked with a move to Anfield in recent weeks according to the Newcastle Chronicle.
Has had an impressive first season in English football, which is a added bonus for the Reds as he would require no settling in period.
