1) Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur)
An ambitious target perhaps, but Liverpool should really do their best to raid rivals Tottenham for one of the Premier League’s best attacking talents. Harry Kane, now a full England international with a debut goal to his name, looks an outstanding prospect at the age of 21, with 29 goals in all competitions this season.
2) Jackson Martinez (Porto)
A highly prolific striker from the Portuguese league, Jackson Martinez has been superb since joining Porto and looks an ideal player to come in and improve Liverpool’s attacking options, with an immense record of 86 goals in 122 appearances for the club.
3) Luciano Vietto (Villarreal)
An exciting youngster recently linked with a move to Anfield by the Liverpool Echo, Villarreal front-man Luciano Vietto has impressed in La Liga this season and could be another good addition to the Reds’ frontline.
4) Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich)
With recent reports in the Daily Express that Robert Lewandowski has possibly fallen out with manager Pep Guardiola, could it be worth Liverpool trying their luck with a bid for the Bayern Munich striker? The prolific Pole shone at previous club Borussia Dortmund and looks like he could adapt well to the Premier League.
5) Charlie Austin (Queens Park Rangers)
Another in-form Premier League stirker who could make a great alternative to Ings or Kane, Charlie Austin has been superb in front of goal for QPR this season and has also been mentioned as a target for Liverpool amid reports from the London Evening Standard that the club could struggle to hold onto him this summer.
