Manchester United midfielder Angel Di Maria is being strongly linked with an exit from the club again today as Paris Saint-Germain reignite their interest in the Argentine. Quite clearly, the speculation isn’t dying down and must have a certain amount of truth to it – Di Maria isn’t happy and that has been obvious from his performances.

Playing under Louis van Gaal isn’t for everyone, and Di Maria won’t be the first or last big name to struggle to find his best form under the stubborn Dutchman, who clearly has a different idea of how he’d like United’s record signing to be playing.
With that in mind, a player linked a few times with United and other big clubs continues to catch the eye in the Bundesliga this term, and scored this beauty against Schalke on Saturday:
This isn’t the first time this season that Bayer Leverkusen winger Karim Bellarabi has shown his tremendous ability from the wide positions; the 24-year-old has 11 goals and 5 assists in the German top flight, and looks every bit a Manchester United-style player with his direct approach.
Unlike Di Maria, Bellerabi is an out-and-out winger who loves running at defenders, putting the ball in dangerous areas early, and taking shots on goal, many of which are successful. Arsenal and Liverpool are also admirers of his and he certainly looks like he’d do well in the Premier League.
If Di Maria is offloaded to PSG, United could sign a fantastic replacement for a fraction of the price, but if he keeps performing like this they won’t have an easy time of it as more and more clubs show an interest.
