Paraguayan ref Julio Quintana was branded a “corrupt scoundrel” by the Argentine manager after his team’s 1-1 draw against Juan Aurich last week.

The insult occurred after the referee failed to award a penalty for what appeared to be a clear foul on striker Pisculichi.
