20. Loic Remy (Chelsea)
Signed in the summer from Newcastle, but has struggled to dislodge Diego Costa as first choice striker. Needs a fresh start to get his career back on track.
19. Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool)
A recurring thigh problem caused him to miss FIVE months of this season and is understandably still searching for full match sharpness.
18. Jay Rodriguez (Southampton)
Out of action since rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament almost a year ago, no nearer to a return and should focus on getting fully fit for next season.
17. Luke Shaw (Manchester United)
Another player who has had an injury-disrupted season, has a hefty price-tag to justify next year.
16. Dejan Lovren (Liverpool)
The former Southampton defender has struggled to live up to his £20m transfer fee , lost his place to Mamadou Sakho and needs to make his mark at Anfield next season.
15. Thomas Vermaelen (Barcelona)
Yet to make his debut for the Catalan outfit since his summer move from Arsenal, needs a big pre-season in order to establish himself next year.
14. Mathieu Debuchy (Arsenal)
The Frenchman must be sick of the sight of this season, two long-term injuries has ruined his debut year at the Emirates and must have his sights set on staying fit next season.
13. Stevan Jovetic (Manchester City)
Left out of the Champions League squad for the knockout stages, plus the arrival of Wilfried Bony in January must leave the Montenegrin looking for a fresh start next season.
12. Paulinho (Tottenham)
A summer departure from White Hart Lane for the out-of-favour Brazilian is hugely likely.
11. Rickie Lambert (Liverpool)
Dream move to his boyhood club hasn’t quite worked out for the former Southampton striker. A fresh start next season away from Anfield is on the cards.
10. Sami Khedira (Real Madrid)
Another injury-hit season for the German world cup winner, looks set to depart the Bernabeu in the summer to get a new challenge.
9. Eliaquim Mangala (Manchester City)
City spent £32m on this French international, has had his troubles in his first season of English football and will need to prove he’s worth every penny next year.
8. Roberto Soldado (Tottenham)
The once prolific goalscorer just hasn’t adapted to the Premier League, another player that needs a fresh start elsewhere.
7. Juan Mata (Man United)
Looks as though Mata’s time in England may be coming to a close, behind Fellaini in the pecking order at Old Trafford and linked with a move back to former club Valencia.
6. Juan Cuadrado (Chelsea)
Expect the January transfer signing to make his mark at Stamford Bridge once he’s up to speed with the Barclays Premier League next season.
5. Jack Wilshere (Arsenal)
The Arsenal man has been out since November and is not guaranteed a starting berth on his return, needs to steer clear of injuries next season if he is to finally fulfill his enormous potential.
4. Robin van Persie (Manchester United)
Struggled with injuries all season, is this the Dutchman’s last season in England?
3. Angel di Maria (Man United)
Heavily criticised for his recent slump in form, could look to move on in the summer with Paris Saint Germain a potential suitor.
2. Mario Balotelli (Liverpool)
Very difficult to see the Italian staying at Anfield beyond the current campaign, only question is where will he end up next season?
1. Falcao (Man United)
Hasn’t worked out for the Colombian at Old Trafford this season, expect both parties to part company in the summer.
