On paper at least, Manchester United’s star-studded lineup of players like Wayne Rooney, Angel Di Maria, Radamel Falcao and Robin van Persie should really be as good as anything in world football, even if it hasn’t quite worked out that way this season.

With amazing depth from the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Mario Gote, Thomas Muller, Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery, there’s no question Bayern Munich have some of the very best attacking personnel on the planet right now.

It’s hard not to love them on days like this – Barcelona look back to their best after another victory to take them top of La Liga, with Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi starting to show quite how dangerous they can be as a combination, and that’s without mentioning the likes of Neymar and Pedro as well.
