Spurs set sights on three Saints stars in summer transfer raid.
With news that Tottenham Hotspur are tracking an alternative signing in defence after missing out on West Ham United’s Winston Reid, it looks like the north Londoners could make a triple raid on Southampton this summer.

Tottenham news
Managed by former Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino, Tottenham look set to bring in key players in defence, midfield and attack if all goes according to plan.
Recent transfer speculation suggests the three players in Spurs’ sights are as follows:
3) Toby Alderweireld
Currently on loan at Southampton from Atletico Madrid, Toby Alderweireld has impressed at the St Mary’s Stadium this season and has been linked with big clubs before, now coming up as a top defensive target for Tottenham after Reid signed a new contract with West Ham.
2) Morgan Schneiderlin
Tottenham are also known to be long-time admirers of Southampton midfield general Morgan Schneiderlin. Still, the £25m-rated Frenchman perhaps seems likelier to join rivals Arsenal for next season, while other big names such as Manchester United are monitoring his situation as well.
1) Jay Rodriguez
Finally, Jay Rodriguez is another long-term target for Spurs in attack, with Pochettino a big fan of his former frontman and keen to bring in replacements for misfiring pair Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor.
