Argentine winger to make emotional return for Magpies.
Newcastle United winger Jonas Gutierrez is set to make his long awaited return to action this weekend just months after defeating testicular cancer, The Sun reports.

However, his inclusion on the bench for the visit of Aston Villa comes as a shock, as manager John Carver claimed that he was not ready for a return to action just yet.
Gutierrez has featured in a series of under-21 games since being given the all clear in November last year and Carver has apparently decided to bring the winger back into the fold after last weekend’s 5-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester City.
“There’s a possibility he could be on the bench this weekend,” Carve said.
“That’s a huge lift for him and for everyone else around the club, and certainly for the fans because I know how much they like him.
“I’m sure they’ll give him a good reception.
“My situation with Jonas is that if I need to use him, I will definitely use him.
“I know there have been rumours out there about the board picking him, but I make the football decisions, and I will pick him when I think the time is right.
“That’s why I’ve included him in the squad for this weekend, with a good chance of him being on the bench.”
