After the dismissal of Ignacio Ambriz, who became the third manager to be fired in the Liga MX this season, it seems that the new manager of Ronaldinho and Queretaro will be Victor Vucetich.

Vucetich has been out of work since he left the Mexican national team at the end of the last World Cup qualifying campaign. His time with the national team was extremely brief, lasting just one month and two matches. He won his first match against Panama but he was dismissed after losing his second game against Costa Rica and was replaced with current manager Miguel Herrera.

As a manager he’s been in charge of ten teams in the Liga MX, winning five league championships titles, two Copa MXs, three CONCACAF Champions Leagues, one Inter-League title, and two Second Division championships. Throughout his career he has an incredible record of having played in 15 finals and won 14 and he is widely regarded as one of the most successful Mexican managers of all time.

At the moment Queretaro are languishing near the bottom of the league, with just five points from seven games.
