Scotland Yard had released images of men they were looking to question in relation to the incident. These men were believed to be among a group of Chelsea supporters who allegedly pushed a black man off a train repeatedly and sang a racist song in the French capital, following the Blues’ Champions League game against PSG.

A spokesman from the Metropolitan Police said that three men had now been identified and they were liaising with French authorities and no-one had yet been arrested according to the Metro.

The police cannot arrest anyone for an offence which occured outside the UK, though a number of people have been spoken to in relation to the incident and five people have been suspended from Stamford Bridge.

The club has reiterated its promise to ban anyone for life, proved to have been involved in the incident.
