Renowned Man City fan to make appearance on BBC review show.
Former Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher will make an appearance as a pundit on Match of the Day 2 on Sunday night, the Guardian has revealed.

The rock legend has appeared on one of the BBC’s football shows before, when he interviewed then Man City striker Mario Balotelli for Football Focus in 2012.
But this time he will be invited into the studio to share his thoughts on the fixtures between Tottenham v West Ham, Everton v Leicester and Southampton v Liverpool.
Match of the Day are often reluctant to invite guests on that haven’t played the game before, but broke tradition for Russell Brand to promote Sport Relief, and back in 1994 allowed comedians Frank Skinner and David Badiel to play a part after fronting their own show, Fantasy Football.
