When questioned about his funniest team-mate at Manchester United, the England captain said that Anderson, who has recently left Old Trafford for a move back to his native Brazil with Internacional, was a character but following his departure it was Ashley Young.
In the light-hearted video Rooney also said that Cristiano Ronaldo and Paul Scholes were the two best players he’d played with during his time at the club, but for different reasons.
The forward has had to play in a midfield role recently to help out Manchester United during somewhat of a crisis, and as a result his form has taken a hit having only scored his first goal this year from the penalty spot against Preston on Monday.
