Milner wants to end his career with the Premier League champions.
The contract of Manchester City midfielder James Milner is set to expire in the summer, and with no new contract having been signed, there is speculation that the 29-year-old will be leaving the Etihad.
However, according to the Mirror, Milner has refused to sign a contract as he wants to spend the rest of his career with the Citizens, and therefore is only interested in a four-year deal.

The former Aston Villa star has been monitored by Arsenal and Liverpool, as well as Italian giants AC Milan, who have been keeping on eye on his current situation.
Yet it appears that Milner is happy to remain in Manchester if his demands are met.
City have reportedly tabled a three-year package valued around £80,000 per-week – yet the England international is after a longer deal.
The 29-year-old has been a regular in boss Manuel Pellegrini’s side this season with 28 appearances – with injuries to Samir Nasri and the absence of Yaya Toure to international duty helping his cause – and is an underestimated in his worth to the team by many.
The latest heroics of the midfielder came with the late equaliser against Hull City, with a sublime free-kick in the final minutes of the game keeping his side in with a chance of catching title-leaders Chelsea.
