Liverpool whizz kid Raheem Sterling has taken up yoga in a bid to help him avoid muscle injuries, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The practice famously helped Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs continue playing until he turned 40, and now the teenage Liverpool star has admitted that he has jumped on the bandwagon, too.
“I’ve started yoga but it is nothing like I thought it would be,” said Sterling.
“They’ve got me doing press-ups and stuff like that – I thought it was more for meditation.”
Sterling is expected to make a return to the Liverpool line up against Crystal Palace this weekend in the FA Cup.
