Anfield side keen on Burnley ace.
Liverpool’s hopes of landing talented young Burnley forward Danny Ings appear to have taken something of a blow if reports in the Liverpool Echo are to be believed.

Ings is out of contract in the summer but due to his age the 22 year old is not available on a free transfer deal and the Clarets will push to secure a big compensation payment for his services.
Brendan Rodgers had attempted to land Ings in a £4m deal in January but Sean Dyche clearly had no intention of losing such a key performer mid-way through the season.
Now the Turf Moor side will look to garner a big fee, of around £6.5m, which would represent a record tribunal payment.
Arguably even at that price the deal would be seen as a bargain and Liverpool can expect something of a bidding war to ensue when the season ends.
Ings bagged 26 goals last term to help Burnley into the top tier and has scored eight Premier League goals thus far this term.
