The 22-year-old striker might have only scored three goals so far this season, but he averages a goal every four games for his club and his continuing to improve. He won his first three international caps last year.
7) Julian Draxler (Schalke)
The attacking midfielder attracted interest from Arsenal in the past, but the Gunners were unable to force through a deal. The 21-year-old has played over 100 league games for his club side and already won 15 international caps.

3) Benedikt Howedes (Schalke)
Arsenal have also looked at Howedes in their search for a new centre back. The 26-year-old is approaching 200 league games for Schalke and has an impressive 31 caps for Germany. A formidable presence at the back.
