The day after Chelsea’s extra-time win against Liverpool in the Capital One Cup semi-final, goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois posted to his Instagram account thanking fans for their support.

The Belgium international stopper captioned the picture, “Great victory yesterday! Thanks for the amazing support, see you in Wembley!”
This will be Courtois’s first appearance in a final for Chelsea after spending the past three seasons on loan at Atletico Madrid. He won La Liga, Copa Del Rey and Europa League titles whilst also reaching the Champions League final during his time in Spain.
