Michel Vorm has said the entire Tottenham Hotspur team must take responsibility after throwing away a one goal lead against Leicester at White Hart Lane and crashing out of the FA Cup in the fourth round.

His comments are particularly galling because it was Vorm’s late howler than handed the Foxes their victory on a plate after dropping a shot in the dying minutes from Jeffrey Schlupp.
A spinning effort from Ghanaian seemed to deceive the Dutch keeper who couldn’t control the ball as it bounced underneath him and squirmed feebly into the net.
Despite this he said the team must blame themselves for the loss.
Vorm went from hero to zero in the space of 90 minutes after saving a number of shots early on from both Kramaric and Sclupp to keep Spurs in it.
Andros Townsend scored his second penalty in the space of a week to put his side ahead and it looked like the North Londoners were on course for a comfortable win despite their inability to add a second; though Paulinho and Lamela both came close.
But Spurs afternoon was turned upside down late on as Ulloa showed brilliant close control to turn and strike the ball into the far corner with just seven minutes left.
And the comeback was complete thanks to Vorm’s terrible gaffe.
No wonder he’s trying to share the blame…
