Read the full Chelsea ratings below:
GK) Petr Cech – 7
He could do little about the three goals that did get past him. Indeed, it could have been a lot worse were it not for him making several excellent saves.
RB) Andreas Christensen – 5
A rare start for the youngster who was given a torrid afternoon at Stamford Bridge as Bradford charged forward in the second-half.
LB) Cesar Azpilicueta – 6
Usually so effective for Chelsea in either full-back position, but given a difficult afternoon today.
CB) Gary Cahill – 6
Scored the opening goal of the game, but it proved to be a goal that was quickly forgotten as the Blues collapsed.
CB) Kurt Zouma – 4
A miserable afternoon for the centre back, who won’t have experienced any tougher games than this in a Chelsea shirt. Finished the game playing up front.
CM) John Obi Mikel – 5
A steady performance from the Nigerian, who might have done more to close down the first goal. Replaced with 20 minutes remaining after sustaining a gash to the head.
CM) Ramires – 6
Chelsea looked like they were through when the Brazilian scored Chelsea’s second of the game, how things changed from then on.
AM) Oscar – 5
Made the first goal for Cahill, but was otherwise extremely quiet as Bradford City put on an excellent second-half performance.
RW) Mohamed Salah – 5
Set up Chelsea’s second goal for Ramiers, but was otherwise quiet. Could this be his last game in a Blues shirt?
LW) Loic Remy – 4
Failed to make the most of the few chances he did get, what would happen to Chelsea without Diego Costa this season?
ST) Didier Drogba – 5
Cut a frustrated figure up front for Chelsea, sending his best chance flying over the crossbar in the closing stages at 3-2.
Manager: Jose Mourinho – 4
Took the gamble by making the changes – but there is no way a team with that amount of quality should be losing to League One opposition. One of the darkest days of Mourinho’s time at the club.
Subs:
1) Cesc Fabregas – 5 – Came on with Chelsea leading 2-1, but was overrun by Bradford’s sheer determination.
2) Willian – 6 – Created the best of what the Blues could muster in the final stages.
3) Eden Hazard – 5 – Was meant to haul Chelsea over the line, but did anything but.
