Could the former AC Milan forward be heading to Loftus Road?
Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp is set to offer Brazilian former wonderkid Alexandre Pato a second shot at building a career for himself in the European game, report the Mirror, with Rangers looking to offload enigmatic midfielder Adel Taarabt in a bid to fund a move for the 25-year-old former AC Milan star.

Pato is currently playing his football back in the Brasileiro, on loan at Sao Paulo from Corinthians, and has largely failed to live up to the hype that surrounded him when he first made the move from South America to sign for AC Milan back in 2007.
Redknapp has had issues with Taarabt’s fitness and attitude in recent months and is keen to offload the Moroccan international to wealthy Middle Eastern outfit Al-Ahli, who recently signed Liverpool winger Oussama Assaidi.
However, he is well aware of the requirement to replace his flair and creativity.
Pato could fit the bill as a player whose huge talent made him one of the most sought after names in world football at the start of the decade, but taking a punt on a Brazilian international that would not come cheaply is likely to represent a massive risk for relegation threatened Rangers.
