AC Milan’s Executive Director Adriano Galliani reportedly held a special meeting with fellow directors at Milan’s Milanello training camp on Monday morning, with the sole topic being the future of manager Filippo Inzaghi.

The necessity for the meeting arose after plunged to a 1-0 home defeat to Atlanta at the weekend, their fifth loss of the season.
They are languishing in 10th place in Serie A with only 26 points from 19 games – 20 points behind leaders Juventus and five points outside the continental places.
Milan’s next two games are both against Lazio – with one in the league and one in the cup. Lazio are the side currently in the fifth and final continental berth and it is understood the side’s performance in these two games will determine the ex-player’s future with the club.
Perhaps he should come out of retirement… (!)
