Manchester United transfer news
The Dutchman embarked upon a major shake-up of his first-team when he took over at United in the summer, offloading the likes of Danny Welbeck, Tom Cleverley, Javier Hernandez, Nani and Wilfried Zaha and bringing in a whole host of new signings in their place.
Huge amounts of money was spent on big names such as Angel Di Maria, Ander Herrera, Daley Blind and Luke Shaw, while Radamel Falcao was also signed on a season-long loan from AS Monaco.
However, the Colombian international is one player whose future looks in doubt as these big names are linked with exits:
1) Radamel Falcao
After some poor performances for United this season, resulting in only three goals for the team so far, Falcao’s future is up in the air as the Red Devils may be unlikely to now fork out the massive £43m needed to sign the Colombian international on a permanent deal, with Louis van Gaal insisting the player has to prove himself. Although United would not stand to profit from his departure, it seems probable that another top European club, such as Juventus or AS Roma, could pay the required fee to snap him up in the summer.

2) Adnan Januzaj
Another player failing to impress this season, highly-rated youngster Adnan Januzaj is starting to attract serious interest from other top clubs such as Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain. The Belgian international is a loan target for these clubs this January with the view to a permanent move in the summer, which could end up costing around £40m if the player’s estimated value is met.
3) David de Gea
Finally, United could also be set to lose one of their best players this season as Real Madrid show an interest in £30m-rated Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea. The European champions have supposedly already sounded out the player’s representatives over a move with the view to bringing him to the Bernabeu in the summer.
