Former Chelsea and Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez has hinted that he could return to the Premier League sooner rather than later, and has even talked up returning to Anfield next summer, according to the Daily Express.

Despite enjoying Coppta Italia success with Napoli, reports in Italy claim that Benitez is set to leave the Serie A at the end of the season, and the 54-year-old has been linked with taking over from Brendan Rodgers as Liverpool struggle in the Premier League.
Benitez, who led Liverpool to the Champions League title in 2005, and the FA Cup a year later, said: “I spoke with the club’s president, and in a few months we will address my future.
“I do not want distractions, we must stay focused right now, but later we will see. I have a few offers but I’m busy here and, I repeat, I will talk with the president in a few months.”
The Spaniard made a surprise return to the Premier League with Chelsea in 2012, replacing Roberto Di Matteo. Despite his initial unpopularity with supporters, he led the Blues to a comfortable top four finish and the Europa League.
