The 26 year old Republic of Ireland international has been repeatedly linked with a move to Old Trafford with Louis van Gaal perhaps seeing the Toffees man as a superior option to the likes of Rafael and Luis Antonio Valencia, but it’s not a move that Martinez is aware of, the Spaniard stating;
“For me that’s nothing,”
“There is nothing for me to comment really, I haven’t seen that, I have no recollection of that.
“As you can imagine what we want at the football club is to build something special and to make us stronger so the last thing we want to do is lose important players so no there has been no contact.”

Everton sit in 12th spot in the Premier League with many expecting the Merseyside outfit to step-up following last term’s fifth place finish and the subsequent record summer signing of Romelu Lukaku.
Coleman cost Everton just £60k and one imagines commands a massive fee having becomes one of the best players in his position in Europe.
