Brad Jones limped off during the win at Burnley.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has admitted that he will consider moving into the emergency loan market to bring in a goalkeeper if Brad Jones is ruled out for a significant period of time, report the Daily Star, after the Australian limped out of the Boxing Day victory at Burnley with a thigh problem.

Belgian international Simon Mignolet, who Rodgers recently admitted had been benched “indefinitely” following a run of poor form to allow Jones a chance at the first team position, will come back in as first choice, with young Welshman Danny Ward set to be on the bench as cover for the former Sunderland man.
Despite the January transfer window opening following Sunday’s round of fixtures, Rodgers was still asked about the possibility of moving into the emergency loan market to bring in someone else to cover Mignolet, and admitted that it was something he would be interested in doing if the prognosis on Jones was not good and the rules would allow it:
“We will just look at that [a loan deal]. If he [Jones] is missing out, we have young Danny Ward and he will come on to the bench.”
Whilst Mignolet kept a clean sheet at Turf Moor against a Burnley side who were unfortunate not to take something from the game, he did have one nightmare moment, allowing a Mamadou Sakho backpass to roll out for a corner, showing the reasons why Rodgers decided to bench him in the first place.
