German champions keen on Martin Odegaard.
The quarter of Premier League clubs who have been chasing the signing of exciting teenager Martin Odegaard could well lose out to Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, report the Daily Star, after they moved into pole position in the race for the 15 year-old Stromsgodset sensation.

Already a full Norwegian international, Odegaard is also a key player for high-flying Tippeligaen outfit Stromsgodset, but will be expected to move on in the near future as he looks to be the first Norwegian of his generation to carve out a career at the very top level of world football.
The winger has admitted that he is a Liverpool fan and, having invited Odegaard to the club to assess the facilities on offer at Anfield and Melwood, Brendan Rodgers’ side were expected to be leading the way in a transfer battle, but the intervention of Pep Guardiola’s Bayern could well change the picture.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are also all credited with an interested in Odegaard by the report, although almost every major club in Europe is likely to have taken a look at the youngest international footballer in history and a player who is already a star at senior level in Norway.
