1. Jackson Martinez – Porto
With the Reds feeling particularly goal shy at the moment, a new striker to compensate for Daniel Sturridge’s injury remains a high priority. The Colombian international has been a target for many top clubs across Europe for the past two seasons now, and is more suited to what Liverpool need. He will come in a similar mould to Luis Suarez and will guarantee more movement than Mario Balotelli. However, he will come at a cost, and could cost Rodgers up to £30m for his services.
