Man United are reportedly lining up a £10m bid for Bernabeu battler Khedira and it may take a bid of a similar range for Arsenal to persuade Real Madrid to cash-in on the midfield terrier.
The 27 year old is out of contract next summer so Real Madrid president Florentino Perez may well look to cash-in on Khedira and Arsenal have long been linked with a move for the former Stuttgart man.
Khedira is arguably a better option to offer Arsenal some steel in the centre of the park than both veteran captain Mikel Arteta and uncompromising Frenchman Mathieu Flamini.
