Carragher thinks Mignolet needs to improve quickly.
Victor Valdes could well become a Liverpool player soon as club legend Jamie Carragher becomes the latest person to criticise current goalkeeper Simon Mignolet.

Simon Mignolet transfer rumours hot up.
The Belgium international has been erratic since his £9m move from Sunderland in 2013 and Valdes is available on a free transfer after being released by FC Barcelona this summer.
“I think the best goalkeepers who win big trophies make big saves at big moments. That was a big moment. It’s not a massive mistake, but can he do better?” Carragher was quoted by the Daily Express.
“Up until now in his Liverpool career he hasn’t made those big saves. If it continues I can see Liverpool looking for another goalkeeper.
“There was talk of Victor Valdes because he is a free agent.”
The Spaniard is one of the most decorated ‘keepers in recent history, starring between the posts for Barca for 12 years during a hugely successful time for the club.
Valdes won six La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys and three Champions Leagues during his time at the Nou Camp, although has not been immune to criticism himself during his career.
However, with growing concerns over the capabilities of Mignolet and the fact the Spain international can be signed at any point could make this an attractive prospect for Brendan Rodgers.
