The 33 year old custodian has fought his way back into the Real Madrid starting eleven after spending the past 18 months warming the bench, bar Champions League run-outs, but is seemingly still set to leave the Spanish giants when his contract expires at the end of the season.

Thus far this term Casillas has conceded nine goals in five La Liga and Champions League fixtures this term and may feel the time is right to consider a fresh challenge having represented his hometown club since the age of nine.
Carlo Ancelotti has seemingly already planned for the likely exit of Casillas by bringing in Costa Rican World Cup hero Keylor Navas.
