30. Serge Aurier – Toulouse to Arsenal
With Bacary Sagna set to move on this summer the Gunners have been shopping around for a new right-back for a while. Recently targeting Aurier, the player himself has actually talked up the move making it a very likely possibility that he will be heading to north London when the transfer window reopens.
29. Sami Khedira – Real Madrid to Manchester United
Despite missing the last seven months through injury, the Germany international remains one of the hottest properties in Europe with Manchester United leading the pack to sign him. However, Real want to keep him and Arsenal have also been tipped to make a move for him, meaning the Red Devils will have their work cut out to bring him on board.
28. Bacary Sagna – Arsenal to Manchester City
In an ideal world Sagna would be staying at the Etihad, but their reluctance to meet his terms have meant that interest from France, Italy and Turkey has all intensified over recent weeks. However, it looks like Manchester city will be his most likely destination as they look to make significant defensive additions over the summer.
27. Danny Ings – Burnley to Liverpool
Ings has established himself as the deadliest striker outside the Premier League this season as he burst on the scene at Turf Moor to replace Charlie Austin. Liverpool have been watching carefully and could move for the future England international as a cut priced option to several of their other targets.
26. Demba Ba – Chelsea to Arsenal
With Wenger desperate for more firepower, he may turn to the misfit Chelsea man for salvation after his bit part role at Stamford Bridge has virtually ruled him out of staying next year. Blocked last summer, Wenger may have more luck this time around.
25. Everton Ribeiro – Cruzeiro to Manchester United
The Brazilian star emerged as a surprise target for United last summer, but for various reasons the move didn’t go ahead and he stayed put. But with eye still on him this year a renewed effort to land him could be on the cards.
24. Ilkay Gundogan – Borussia Dortmund to Manchester United
United may think that Gundogan penning a new deal with Dortmund is a blow, but this is a frequent occurrence in football now where teams will get a player to sign a new deal to protect themselves from losing a player on the cheap. If United want the German international badly enough they will find a way to get him.
23. Yann M’Vila – Rubin Kazan to Liverpool
The Reds had been making eyes at the Frenchman since January, and after having him as a guest to the Merseyside derby earlier in the season he admitted that he is a boyhood Liverpool fan. With Agger, and maybe even Martin Skrtel set to move on, the unhappy Rubin Kazan star could finally land himself a dream move to Anfield.
22. Mirko Vucinic – Juventus to Arsenal
The Gunners have come close to landing the Montenegrin on two separate occasions but to no avail. However, he is likely to be let go this summer as Antonio Conte looks to shake up his side to prepare them for an all out European assault with Wenger first in line.
21. Asmir Begovic – Stoke City to Real Madrid
The Bosnian has established himself as one of the Premier League’s most consistent shot stoppers since arriving at the Britannia, an many believe that the time has come for him to take the step up elsewhere. With Madrid still not trusting Iker Casillas, a surprise move for the 26-year-old could be on the cards.
