The Spartak Moscow man moves to Goodison Park on a four and a half year deal for an undisclosed sum and offering Roberto Martinez a fresh attacking option as he looks to maintain the Toffees push for a top four finish.
The 27 year old was unveiled in front of Everton fans before the club’s fixture with Norwich City.
In six years at Celtic he was named the club’s Young Player of the Year three times and won four Scottish Premier League titles, two Scottish League Cups and two Scottish Cups.
McGeady moved to Spartak Moscow in a £9.5m deal in August 2010 and scored 13 goals in 92 appearances.
