Hitzfeld has been in charge of the Swiss national side since 2008, and whatever he’s doing must be working as they found themselves as one of the seeded sides for the World Cup draw earlier this month.
23. Philippe Scolari – Brazil
Salary: €2.758m
Scolari has been able to command a large fee wherever he’s gone. Could be another in line for a pay rise should things go according to plan in the summer.

Allegri is currently under fire at Milan, and may want to consider a different approach should he want to continue to receive such a vast sum.
