Spanish wide-man completes move to the Etihad Stadium.
La Liga side Sevilla have officially confirmed the sale of talented winger Jesus Navas to Manchester City.
The 27 year old winger has spent his entire professional career at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán, racking up 388 appearances for the Andalusian side.
The Guardian claim the overall cost of the deal could rise to £24m, with an initial £17m sum already paid by the Etihad Stadium side.
Navas will double his earning potential with Man City set to pay the Spanish international in excess of £4m a year.
Jesus Navas is known for having experienced anxiety attacks when having to travel away from his native Sevilla but clearly must have overcome these issues in order to complete a move to the Premier League.
Though the talented wide-man is a World Cup and European Championship winner Navas has just 23 caps to his name and may feel that a move to Man City could aid his push for a more prominent role in Vicente del Bosque’s national team set-up.
