Stoke City are set to complete a £3m deal to sign highly rated American international striker Brek Shea according to Sky Sports.
The Britannia Stadium side have agreed terms with MLS side FC Dallas and the 22 year old is set to arrive in England early next week to complete the move and undergo a medical with the Potters.
Stoke City are keen to assess the big forward’s fitness as he has not played since August after undergoing foot surgery.
Shea has netted 19 goals in 98 appearances for FC Dallas but is yet to net in 15 appearances for the United States national team.
Tony Pulis’s side have struggled for goals this season, managing just 22 goals in 23 Premier League matches.
