Sir Alex Ferguson has never been one to sit around and revel in his glories, so it’s no shock to see that the Scot is already targeting talent for the upcoming season.
The Timesonline.co.uk today are reporting that United are said to be interested in the services of Bayern full-back Philipp Lahm. The German-born Lahm would be a solid signing since he’s able to fill-in at either full-back position.

Lahm is just the one of many full-back’s that United seem to be looking at, with Micah Richards of Manchester City still being their top choice.
