Manchester United fans reacted with surprise as Luke Shaw was named in the starting line up tonight for the Champions League game against CSKA Moscow.
The England international has not been a regular for Jose Mourinho’s side this season or last, and the Sun have recently claimed he’s available for £20million this January.
Still, Shaw has remained popular among some fans at Old Trafford, with United supporters tonight expressing their joy at seeing the former Southampton man back in the team.
It remains to be seen if this decision will backfire, but for the time being United fans mainly seem to be reacting positively to the news of his return.
