Liverpool News
The Reds opened the scoring thanks to Daniel Sturridge five minutes into the second half having missed a penalty just minutes before the break.
The home side then doubled their lead in the 58th minute thanks to Brazilian Roberto Firmino, with Dutchman Georginio Wijnaldum then completing the scoring in the 75th minute to wrap up the win for Liverpool.
Man of the Match
Liverpoo’s Brazilian sensation Roberto Firmino will take the plaudits this week, with the forward’s goal wrapping up what was a fine performance from the 26-year-old.
His link up play with fellow forwards Sturridge and Mo Salah was impressive to say the least, and the former Hoffenheim ace thoroughly deserved his goal.
This Liverpool fan pretty much sums up the Brazilian international’s performance
Roberto Firmino is World Class.

Flop of the Match
Huddersfield’s Tommy Smith had an absolute stinker today, as the Englishman was run ragged by Liverpool’s front three, with the player also picking up a booking as well.
Smith was so poor, he was eventually subbed off with 40 minutes to go. Seems as if David Wagner’s shares our opinion!

Stat of the Match
This tweet from Opta shows just how important Firmino is to Liverpool and Klopp, and he certainly showed that today
24 – Roberto Firmino has scored more @premierleague goals since his debut in August 2015 than any other Liverpool player. Cutting.

Reaction:
Dejan Lovren got absolutely mugged off by fans following his injury in the warm up, even Gary Lineker got in on the act!
Lovren was named in Liverpool’s starting lineup but now doesn’t start. Bit like last week.

Lovren is my MOTM.
Took one for the team and faked an injury so we could keep a clean sheet. Top guy.

This Reds supporter wasn’t happy with his side’s choice of penalty taker
Why is Salah taking pens when Milner is on the pitch??

Whilst this fan was all praise for Wijnaldum following his goal, although we think he might be exaggerating a bit!
I don't want to overreact, but Wijnaldum is without a doubt the best midfielder in the league
