Can Liverpool win the race for his signature?
Liverpool are reportedly preparing a bid of around £4.5million to beat Juventus to the transfer of highly-rated young Maccabi Petah Tikva forward Manor Solomon.
The 18-year-old looks an exciting prospect after shining for his club and already earning his first call-up to the senior Israeli national team.

According to Tuttosport, his tremendous potential has seen both Liverpool and Juventus show an interest, though it seems the Reds are ahead in the queue at the moment.
The report also links Liverpool midfielder Emre Can as one of Juventus’ top midfield targets for next summer, with the Germany international set to be out of contract at Anfield.
A player in a similar situation is Schalke contract rebel Leon Goretzka, who is also mentioned by Tuttosport as being an option for the Italian giants.
However, both those big names are also being looked at by the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
Liverpool won’t want to lose Can, but it could soften the blow slightly if they are able to bring in one of the world’s next emerging stars in the form of Solomon.
The Merseyside giants might not be able to call on him straight away as a first-team regular, but they have a decent record of finding and developing talented youngsters.
That may well play into Solomon’s thinking as he weighs up where to go next if he does decide to leave Maccabi Petah Tikva.
