Dani Alves has never been a good loser, and the Barcelona right-back has reaffirmed once again that he’s not a good winner either!
The Brazil international lifted that Spanish title once again this weekend as Barca closed out their league campaign and clinched the Liga BBVA title with a 3-0 victory at Granada.
The Catalan giants ultimately lifted the title after winning their last five matches in the top flight, but they left it late after suffering a wobble in April.
Dani Alves—who featured 29 times for Luis Enrique’s side this season—couldn’t resist the opportunity to gloat after Barca’s latest success.
“Now they hate me a little more,” the wideman wrote on his Instagram handle, sharing a photo of Barca’s title celebrations, “but don’t worry, I understand that winning is always annoying.
“Certainly there are people who love us and there they are right now!”

The title is the 33-year-old’s sixth league championship with Barca, while he has also won the Copa del Rey on three occasions—with another final on the horizon—four Spanish Super Cups, three Champions Leagues and three Club World Cups.
