Barcelona have apparently sent scouts to watch 16-year-old AC Milan sensation Gianluigi Donnarumma.
The teenage goalkeeper is considered one of the best young talents in world football and made his Serie A debut for Milan earlier this season. He has made 17 appearances for the Rossoneri already.
Chelsea have been linked with a summer bid for the Italian – tipped as the man to collect the baton from Gianluigi Buffon in the national team – but Premium Sport is now reporting Barca’s interest.

They claim that the Catalan giants had their scouting team watch Donnarumma in Milan’s 2-1 Serie A victory over Genoa on Sunday and will continue to monitor him for the rest of the season.
Milan are highly unlikely to allow a player who has the potential to be a homegrown hero at the San Siro to leave so early in his development, but Barca and Chelsea may test that stance.
The Camp Nou would surely be a more attractive proposition to Donnarumma. Chelsea already have Thibaut Courtois as a long-term stopper, but the goalkeeper situation as Barcelona is less clear.
While Claudio Bravo is established as number one for now, the Chilean is 32 years old, and understudy Marc-Andre ter Stegen has hinted that he could leave to get more first-team football.
