Cesc Fabregas’ season seems to be going from bad to worse after it has emerged that he clashed with youngster Charly Musonda while being branded a rat by angry Blues fans, according to the Daily Mirror.
It is being reported that the Spanish international reacted angrily to the youngster nutmegging him during a training session and clattered into him in retaliation, sparking a brawl amongst his teammates.
However, the report goes on to state that the players have since put the incident behind them and Musonda has even gone on to put himself into the frame for a spot in the first team following a series of impressive performances for the club’s under-21 side.
Fellow west Londoners Queens Park Rangers are believed to be keen on bringing the 19-year-old in on loan for the rest of the season, though, but could make a flash appearance in this weekend’s clash with Watford as the Blues look to pull clear of the relegation zone.
