Manchester United target Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly ‘clear’ that he will leave Real Madrid at the end of the current season, according to Spanish publication El Confidencial.
The report claims that Ronaldo’s countdown at the club began long ago, and he is now weighing up his options to leave the Bernabeu at the end of the season.
Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal has already admitted that he would be interested in striking a deal for the 30-year-old should the opportunity arise.
However, they will likely face some stiff competition from French giants Paris Saint Germain should he become available, as it would likely take a monumental amount of money to bring him on board.
Ronaldo has been visibly happy for some time, and reports have been claiming for a while that they would be open to cashing in on him now that he is over 30.
