Arsenal are set to embark on a mini exodus in next summer’s transfer window with veteran stars Mathieu Flamini, Tomas Rosicky and Mikel Arteta all tipped to move on, according to the Metro.

The three ‘old boys’ are all in the final year of their respective contracts, and a report in the London Evening Standard claims that the trio aren’t going to be offered extensions.

None of the three have been first team regulars in the Arsenal first team this season, with both Rosicky and Arteta suffering with numerous injuries that have kept them on the sidelines.

However, manager Arsene Wenger is known to value players like these as their presence in the dressing room is a positive influence on younger stars.

But with the likes of Francis Coquelin and Santi Cazorla dominating the central midfield positions this term keeping them would make little sense.
