Stamford Bridge boss under-fire after poor start to the season.
The odds on Chelsea sacking boss Jose Mourinho has been slashed to just 6/1 following their weekend defeat to Everton.
The Daily Express reports that the Portuguese manager is currently the third favourite for the chop after Liverpool’s Brendan Rodgers and Sunderland boss Dick Advocaat.
Chelsea have lost three of their opening five Premier League fixtures this term, the same number of defeats at they suffered in the entirety of 2014/15, and currently sit in 17th place in the table.
This is all a far cry from Mourinho’s achievement last term when his Chelsea side romped to the title without much fuss and one wonders if the former Real Madrid and Inter Milan manager can turn things around.
