Stamford Bridge side eye up Old Trafford man.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has reportedly set his sights on Man United keeper Victor Valdes according to the Daily Mirror.
Louis van Gaal opted to sign free agent Valdes in January but the former Barcelona man has barely had a look-in at Old Trafford, making just two Premier League appearances, and is said to have fallen out with the Man United manager.
Mourinho sold Petr Cech to Arsenal and has seen first-choice custodian Thibaut Courtois sidelined following knee surgery, leaving the Chelsea boss to rely on summer signing Asmir Begovic between the sticks.
Now the Blues manager will hope to lure 33-year-old Spanish international Valdes to Stamford Bridge to boost his goalkeeping options.
