Chelsea star reveals surprise ambition!
Chelsea youngster Patrick Bamford has made the surprise admission that he’d love to replace Gary Lineker as the presenter of Match of the Day at some point in the future.

The 21-year-old, who is currently on a season-long loan at Crystal Palace, has plenty of other ambitions outside of making it as a professional footballer, having performed very well in school and turning down a place at Harvard University before deciding to embark on a playing career with the Blues.
Bamford may not have broken into the first-team at Stamford Bridge just yet, but he already has his eye on bigger projects.
“After football, ideally I want to take Gary Lineker’s job, but we’ll see about that,” Bamford told the Guardian. “I’d love to do that, present Match of the Day. I always joke with Dad about it, saying that’s what I’ll do when I’m done. So whether I can do something that will help me towards that, I don’t know.”
