Spurs could finalise £35m double deal this week.
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly close to signing two new strikers in a combined deal worth around £35m, according to several sources today.
The north London outfit certainly need to improve their attack after being so reliant on youngster Harry Kane last season, while big names like Emmanuel Adebayor and Roberto Soldado badly underperformed.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino now looks set to solve the problem for relatively cheap, with these two forwards likely to come in:
1) Saido Berahino (West Brom)
Tottenham are described as ‘confident’ of signing West Brom starlet Saido Berahino, though they are currently not meeting the Baggies’ £25m asking price for the young England hopeful.
