The Uruguayan international has not always been at his best since moving from Napoli to the Parc des Princes, but remains regarded as one of the most lethal centre-forwards in the game at the moment.

With a record of 56 in 96 games in France, Cavani clearly still has that magic touch in front of goal, and would be a fine fit up front for the Gunners.

According to Fichajes.net, his future at PSG is uncertain into the final weeks of the summer, and Arsenal are the leading contenders to snap him up.

Arsene Wenger’s side have also been strongly linked with Karim Benzema and Robert Lewandowski for that position this summer.
