Man United wide-man Adnan Januzaj is hotly tipped to leave Old Trafford on a loan deal this summer with both Sunderland and Everton keen on the young Belgian international according to the Sunderland Echo.
The 20-year-old burst onto the scene with a brace of goals in his full senior Premier League debut back in October 2013 but the young attacker has struggled to retain a foot-hold in the Man United first-team set-up.

Adnan Januzaj, was was part of Belgium’s 2014 World Cup finals squad, made just seven Premier League starts last season and was subbed off on three of those occasions.
A move to either Goodison Park or the Stadium of Light would hand Januzaj a chance to re-ignite his career and would act as a shop window for his talents if Louis van Gaal doesn’t see the winger as part of his long-term plans.
